>>>We are introducing brand-new membership benefits specifically for the Youcha Matchmaking Event for game developers and publishers. See below for details.
Many R&D teams say that matchmaking events are highly efficient, allowing them to meet with numerous publishers in a single day. But the question is: what happens after the initial discussions?Should we move forward? Which publisher is the best fit for our current product? How should we negotiate the terms? These questions leave many feeling confused. At the same time, R&D teams have limited resources; trying to balance development with publisher outreach and business negotiations makes it difficult to maintain both efficiency and professionalism. Based on the feedback we’ve received at Youcha Hui, the priority has shifted from “meeting more people” to “getting things done.”
Therefore, based on this ongoing feedback and demand, Youcha Hui has expanded and upgraded its service system—building on its existing offerings and high success rate in facilitating partnerships—to launch value-added membership services in 2026. Youcha Hui’s new service goes beyond simply arranging meetings between developers and publishers; it involves full-cycle participation, guiding developers through the entire process from matchmaking to contract signing. This approach alleviates the administrative burden on developers, allowing them to focus their energy on game development.
At the same time, Youcha Hui continues to screen distribution partners and make recommendations through a more refined matching mechanism to maximize the effectiveness of each connection. We welcome more distribution partners to join this initiative; those selected for collaboration will receive product recommendations from Youcha Hui.
