Conveniently located
Youcha Club Incubator is located on the 4th floor of Building 1, Zone A, Jingronghui, at 200 Tianfu 5th Street in Chengdu’s High-Tech Zone, offering an excellent location. The park features comprehensive amenities, including an activity center, a food court, and a leisure center. It is close to the Tianfu 5th Street subway station (Line 1) and adjacent to the Yintai City commercial district, offering a wide variety of dining options and convenient access to daily life and transportation.
A comfortable office environment
We offer two options: open-plan workspaces and private offices. Currently, we have private offices available for teams of 3–5, 6–9, and 10–11 people. Spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. The facility also features shared amenities such as meeting rooms, consultation rooms, a tea room, a dining and café area, and a recreation room. Water, electricity, and internet are all provided free of charge.

Youcha Hui Incubator has been recognized as both a municipal-level and provincial-level science and technology enterprise co-working space in Sichuan Province, attracting a number of small and medium-sized game developers, publishers, and distributors to set up shop here.
